Could there possibly be a way to combine my passion for cake making with a real career?
Getting to ditch the day job and spend my days cooking up ways to put smiles on peoples faces, now that had to be worth trying. So just a few short months later GemCakes was born. 
My two lovely children dreamt up the name GemCakes - how could I resist?
